A couple of weeks ago, I shared a few images I was proud to have made—and to my delight, quite a few people seemed to enjoy them too. That was all the validation I needed to overshare a bit more.
Rather than a rambling account of what was, essentially, a work trip, I figured a photo essay might be a bit less tedious for everyone involved.

After we returned to Kamikōchi—and before catching the bus back to Tokyo—we had one final mountain mission to take care of. I’ll save that for the next instalment.
